What is the suggestion report?
The suggestion report is a set of internal link recommendations for your site. You will get link recommendations with Keyword, Anchor Text, “Url From” (where the links should be created), “Url To” (where the links should point to).
How do you generate the link suggestion report?
We use different APIs to generate the report. Given your site, we study how well your pages are ranking in search engines and which are the keywords that are working better for you. We select the ones with more room for improvement and we suggest internal links within your site to improve the rankings.
What are the automatic keywords?
Automatic keywords are keywords for which your pages are already ranking relatively well on search engines but could be improved. We give you automatic link suggestions based on these automatic keywords so you can rank even better!
What are the custom keywords?
Custom keywords are entered manually by the user. You can enter organic keywords that you are already targeting with your marketing/SEO efforts to get recommendations based on them.
Why my report doesn’t show any data?
We can’t always find automatic keywords for your site, that´s why sometimes we can´t generate an automatic report. But you can use your own keywords instead!
Which languages are supported?
The supported languages are English, Spanish, French, German and Italian. We are working on adding more languages, if yours is not included let us know!
How can apply the recommendations of the Link Suggestion Report?
The Link Suggestion Report is only a set of recommendations, you have to manually create the suggested links (with the corresponding anchor text) in order to improve SEO rankings. But If you have a Wordpress site you can automate the recommendations with our Wordpress plugin.
How can I measure if the link recommendations are working?
We are working on new features that will give you more insights about the improvements achieved after applying the internal link recommendations. For now you can track on Google Analytics each of the “URL”.
What is the extra info shown for each keyword.
- Keyword Position in Google: the position of the domain for the search query.
- Keyword Position Difference: previous position saved
- Keyword Traffic Percent: the ratio comparing the number of visitors coming to the site from this search request to all visitors to the site from search results.
- Keyword Costs Percent: the estimated value of the organic traffic generated by the query as compared to the cost of purchasing the same volume of traffic through Ads.
- Keyword Number of Results: the number of search results - how many results does the search engine return for this query.
- Keyword CPC: average price of a click on an Ad for this search query (in US $).
- Keyword Average Volume: the approximate 12-month average of the number of queries for the keyword (for the corresponding language selected).
How do I setup Notedlinks on my website?
- -Upload the whole plugin folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
- -Go to the Plugins page and activate the plugin.
- -Use the Options page to set your options.
- -On Notedlinks.com Dashboard set up the Link rules for you website.
- -That is all. You can check your posts for new links.
My links are not been created, what is the problem?
In order to create links within your Wordpress site, first you need to create link rules. You can create new rules with the “create custom rules” button (under the “Rules” tab). You will need to specify anchor text, the destination of the link and an alternative text for the link.
I have created my rules but the links don´t show up in my site?
To be able to apply your link rules, we need the XML-RPC interface activated. This is the way our plugin uses to update the links. The XML-RPC functionality is turned on by default since WordPress 3.5 (more info here: XML-RPC Support. You can test if your XML-RPC functionality is working using this site: http://xmlrpc.eritreo.it/ No matter if the XML-RPC is active or not, you can force the rule creation using the Update button at the bottom of the plugin settings.
Does Notedlinks integration affect my loading time?
Notedlinks service can be included on the cache of you service, it don’t affect your loading times.
What happens if I have different domains or subdomains?
It works perfectly, you only need to define which domains you have during the customization process.
What languages does the plugin supports?
In the custom link rules you can use every Latin Script languages, those with a Latin alphabet. For the automatic link rules, we can only recommend link in these languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Italian.
In how many different languages is Notedlinks available?
The main services, create link rules, is multi language, but he control panel and the website is available in English. If you need any specific language, please contact us.
Do I have to remove other plugins such as Kontera, Hotwords etc?
No. NotedLinks is compatible with other plugins.
What data usage can I see from Notedlinks?
On the dashboard panel you can see the links analytic report data, we provide clicks and clicks per page views reports.
Will Google blacklist me if I have too many links?
You have complete control over the number of links you wish to have on a page and can configure it to avoid any risk of getting blacklisted.
Why should I become a paid user?
Becoming a paying users give you extra benefits, like using your custom keywords and having a more detailed control over your links. We will add even more features to give our paying users all the features they need.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay via Paypal or using your credit card. The supported credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are also done through Paypal, but you don´t need a Paypal account.
What is my current subscription plan?
On your account information under the “Subcription Plan” section you will find the currently active plan.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial months. You can do it on your account information under the “Subcription Plan” section.
We are based in Barcelona (Spain), so we have to charge VAT to all our European clients. If you are a non-spanish european company you can include your VAT number in your account billing information to avoid being charged. In this link you can check the validity of your VAT number.
What happen to my Paid Reports if I cancel my Subscription?
If you cancel your paid plan (single use or monthly subscription), your report will still be accessible but you won’t have access to all the premium features, it will be locked. You won’t be able to add your own keywords or change the settings.
What happen when my subscription expires?
Unless you are covered under our recurring billing, your subscription will automatically convert to the free level of access once the period you've paid for expires. If this occurs, it's very easy to re-subscribe to the service through the site. In order to avoid any loss of service in the future, you may want to employ our discounted, recurring billing option, which will automatically renew your subscription each month and ensure that there is no interruption to your service.
